Beyonce and Jay-Z Offer $100 Million Upfront for $200 Million L.A. Mansion

Beyonce and husband Jay Z have decided to set more permanent roots in Los Angeles.

According to an article on People Magazine, the couple has been doing some serious house shopping in the are and have allegedly settled on a 57,000-square-foot, French chateau-style home known as the Holmby Hills Mansion.

The late producer Aaron Spelling and his wife Candy built the home in 1991 before Candy sold it in 2009 for a whopping $150 million, after Spelling’s death in 2006.

The mansion, now owned by British Formula 1 heiress Petra Ecclestone and her husband, billionaire businessman James Stunt includes stunning features like tennis courts, pools, a bowling alley, wine cellar, gift-wrapping rooms, library, gym, doll room, screening room and humidity-controlled silver storage room.

It’s no wonder the growing family is looking to move into the luxurious space. There is no doubt all three of Beyonce’s kids will enjoy all those amenities.
