Charlie Murphy Dead at 57 After Battle with Leukemia
Stand-up comedian Charlie Murphy, Eddie Murphy older brother, has died from leukemia, his manager said. He was only 57 years old. Charlie Murphy was widely know for his Hilarious True hollywood stories about legends like Rick James and Prince on the Dave Chapelle show.
According to his manager, Charlie had been undergoing chemotherapy and died in a hospital in New York City.
Charlie was recently on tour with Cedric the Entertainer, Eddie Griffin, George Lopez and D.L. Hughley.He will truly be missed. One of our favorite comedians here at #TooRealForTV. Our deepest condolences goes out to his family.
