D.C. Police Say the Missing Girls Are Runaways, Not Victims of Kidnapping

According to TMZ, the Washington D.C. girls who have gone missing are not victims of any kidnapping crimes, rather, they have run away from their homes. A police spokesperson said the number of missing peoples in Washington D.C., 38, is consistent with that of the past. An outcry of help has spread throughout all of social media in the last few days, all aimed at helping gain recognition to the case.
